Why we built this
Facility management has a staffing problem — not a talent shortage, but a distribution problem. Senior FM professionals exist. Companies need them. Agencies sit in between and take 30–40% for making an introduction.
Simplicity Chasers was built to make that middleman unnecessary. We created a network where FM freelancers are visible, vetted, and directly reachable — so companies pay for expertise, not for access to it.
